A broiled [fresh] salmon filet on a bed of seasoned Pad Thai noodles – I could stop there but why would I?.. So easy to make good food with great ingredients. Seasoned the filet with s&p and dusting of garlic granules. Then it was quickly seared in a cast iron pan and finished under the broiler. The Pad Thai noodles were unctuous. I really took my time sautéing fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and young Vidalia onions; they were minced, grated, and chopped, respectively. Chopped Thai Basil, minced capers, lemon zest, ground black pepper, and a splash of soy were added to the noodles along with the mix in the pan.
