I got a little Copo Loco

OK, OK. Octopi are not copepods, but ‘Cephalo Loco’ doesn’t have the same poetic flow… Difficult to go wrong with any grilled seafood. Especially after these critters swam for an hour in a marinade of lime juice, my seasoned rice vinegar (tarragon/mustard seeds/garlic cloves/black pepper corns), lots of minced garlic, generous portions of my pickled [grated] ginger, Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, raw sesame oil, ground coriander, ground anise seed, black lime powder, yellow mustard, sea salt, white sugar, a little lemon juice, and ground black pepper.

The sassy morsels were grilled and mixed with bok choy that had been sautéed in avo, soy sauce, and bacon vinaigrette. They finally touched down on a bed of fluffy white rice and then topped several spoons of marinade that had been set aside earlier.
